  1. SHIPPING 
    We deliver all over the UAE . Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on your location, the size and weight of your order, and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor the progress of your delivery. All orders are processed and shipped out in 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 
  1. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER 
    The customer is responsible for ensuring that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping time, so there is always a small window to correct a wrong shipping address. Please contact us immediately if you have provided an incorrect shipping address. 
  2. UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS 
    Orders returned to us as undeliverable because of incorrect shipping information are subject to a restocking fee that we will determine. 
  3. LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES 
    Last Rep is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the local authorities. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend taking the following steps:
    – Verify the shipping address provided on your order confirmation email.
    – Check with neighbors or household members who may have accepted the delivery on your behalf.
    – Contact the shipping carrier to inquire about the delivery status and file a claim if necessary.
    – If you believe your package was stolen, report the incident to local law enforcement authorities and provide them with relevant information, including the tracking number and delivery confirmation.
  1. OUT OF STOCK ITEM PROCESS 
    Last Rep has the following options: if items are in stock, Last Rep cancels and refunds out-of-stock remaining items in the order. If an item in your order is out of stock, Last Rep will notify you promptly via email or phone. You will have the option to :
    – Cancel the entire order and receive a full refund.
    – Wait for the item to become available and ship your order complete.
    – Remove the out-of-stock item from your order and ship the remaining items.
  2. IMPORT DUTY AND TAXES 
    With Last Rep, you have the option of pre-paying, whereby we will include the amount at the checkout page.
  3. ACCEPTANCE 
    By accessing our site and placing an order, you have willingly accepted the terms of this Shipping Policy.
