GENERAL RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us, and we will either replace/exchange it or credit your account.
All items are eligible for return except the used products, such as torn and missing tags.
Last Rep allows you to return its item (s) within 7 days. Please note that the item (s) should be returned unopened and unused, with no wear and tear and intact tags.
REFUND POLICY
To be eligible for a refund, you must return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you initiate the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
For the product to be eligible for a refund, make sure these conditions are met:
The product wasn’t used or damaged
The product must include original tags (if applicable)
The product must be returned in its original packaging
The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
EXCHANGE POLICY
Products can be exchanged for a different size or color variant, provided such a variant is available. Customers are allowed to trade for items within 7 days. Exchanges exceeding 7 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for exchanges, make sure that the following conditions are met:
The product wasn’t used or damaged
The product must include original tags (if applicable)
The product must be returned in its original packaging
The product must have the receipt or proof of purchase
You must place an exchange request of product so the item can be inspected and replaced.
Your exchanged product will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed from the quality department.
You have the right to exchange the item once, provided that all conditions in the Exchange Policy are met.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Products can be returned if the request is raised within 7 days. Returns exceeding 7 days will not be processed.

You must place a return request of product so the item can be inspected and replaced.
Your return amount will initiated to Last Rep wallet or to the original payment method product depending on your request. Reverse transaction will be processed once items are received and conditions confirmed from the quality department.
You have the right to return the item once, provided that all conditions in the Return Policy are met.
