Beyond business, Tabish is driven by a genuine passion for fitness and wellness. As a certified fitness trainer with credentials from reputed institutions across the USA, Australia, India, Europe, Canada, and the UAE, he understands firsthand what athletes and fitness enthusiasts truly need an apparel that performs as hard as they do.
Recognizing a clear gap in the UAE market, Tabish envisioned something greater. In August 2023, he set out to build Last Rep Activewear: a brand that seamlessly blends authenticity, functionality, and modern aesthetics into premium-quality gym wear designed for everyday performance.
But his vision extends beyond just clothing. Tabish is committed to building a brand that respects the planet as much as it empowers people. With a strong focus on eco-conscious practices and sustainable sourcing, he aims to contribute to a healthier, more responsible future, where fashion and fitness coexist with environmental awareness.

SARAH TABISH - Co-Founder’s Story
Sarah, Co-Founder of Last Rep Activewear, is the creative force behind the brand’s vision for women, where fitness meets elegance, and performance meets style. A true fitness enthusiast with a natural eye for evolving trends, she brings a unique blend of creativity, passion, and purpose to everything she builds.
Guided by her core values: integrity, compassion, and loyalty. Sarah has infused Last Rep with more than just design; she has shaped it into a brand that genuinely understands and uplifts women.
Her journey, however, wasn’t always easy.
Through a deeply personal and challenging fitness transformation, where she lost over 20 kgs, Sarah experienced firsthand the physical and emotional highs and lows of change. During this time, she realized a major gap, there was a lack of activewear that truly supported her journey. She couldn’t find gym wear that moved with her body, offered the right compression, sculpted her form, and, most importantly, made her feel confident and motivated every single day.
That realization became her turning point.
Instead of settling, Sarah chose to create.
Combining her love for fashion, elegance, and fitness, she co-founded Last Rep alongside Tabish Mustufa with a clear mission to design premium women’s gym wear that empowers, supports, and celebrates every stage of a woman’s fitness journey.
